POSITION AGREEMENT
Supportive Employment Fellowship Program
(Uganda Locations Only)

This is a paid employment opportunity for adults 20+ with neurodevelopmental disabilities (Autism, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, etc.). This fellowship requires attendance to all shifts, which are four hours long, three days a week. This fellowship is strictly six months long.

POSITION TITLE: Fellow
REPORTS TO: Supportive Employment Officer / Head of Training
RESULT STATEMENT: I AM ACCOUNTABLE FOR PRODUCING THE FOLLOWING RESULT: 
To participate in the store operations' success and practice service standards.


RESPONSIBILITIES

General:

  1. Arrive on time to work on scheduled days. 

  2. Participate in job duties for the entirety of the job shift.

  3. Always appear smart and presentable in full uniform with shirts tucked in and wearing deodorant. Refer to the company handbook for a full description of the appropriate uniform.

  4. Demonstrate appropriate behavior, including taking breaks as needed. Displays of aggression are considered inappropriate behavior. 

  5. To meet agreed-upon objectives (individual employment plan with goals & objectives) 

  6. Manage direct reports as the service grows. 


Task Work: 

With the support of the Supportive Employment Officer: 

  1. Participate in asset-based assessments of various tasks around the space to identify preferred activities and assist with the development of an individualized employment plan 

  2. Achieve objectives as outlined by the individualized employment plan. Both the fellow and the officer will agree upon individualized employment plans which will include: 

    1. An individualized plan for communication 

    2. Daily task responsibilities 

    3. S.M.A.R.T. goals

  3. Complete daily checklists by the end of the shift


COMPANY-WIDE: 

With the support of the Supportive Employment Officer: 

  1. Work will be performed according to company policies, standards, and core values.

  2. Engage in continuous learning to improve job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company and as identified by the management team.

  3. Work together with the entire Endiro team to brew better shops and better communities. 

  4. Must log in and out of work every day at the beginning and end of the work shift. 

  5. All company information will be held strictly confidential outside the company.
